Jill is a commercial real estate appraiser.  She is a member of the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce and a parent volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America and the Desert Aquatics Club.  Jill volunteers as an arts and crafts teacher at our shelter.

Joyce Rabor – board member

Joyce is a neo-natal nurse at St. Mary Medical Center.  She is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses and is active in her church.

Olivia Luna – Secretary

Olivia is a counselor with the Excelsior Education Center.  Her experience includes counseling, parenting instructor and English as a Second Language instructor for the Victorville Elementary School District and the Victor Valley Community College.
